Plutôt un coup dans l’eau donc pour ce premier Midtown vite répétitif et casse-bonbon. C’est une mécanique à laquelle je n’adhère pas du tout, d’autant qu’on ne peut pas faire pause pour afficher la carte on peut juste l’afficher en petit ou sur la moitié de l’écran (!) et dans un cas comme dans l’autre, lire ou conduire, il faut choisir… L’ennui pointe donc un peu trop vite le bout de son museau, d’autant que le nombre de véhicules est fort limité et que le comportement est très bizarre et brutal en mode ‘réaliste’ et trop simplet en mode arcade. Le coeur du jeu réside en tout cas dans ses courses à points de passage dans toute la ville, ce qui devient à la fois vite lassant et énervant….
